About Honor/Memorial Book Donations

The Library is pleased to provide an opportunity to honor or memorialize loved ones through a donation to the Simsbury Public Library.

Print and complete the donation form and submit it along with a $30.00 donation which covers the cost of the Library’s purchasing and processing. Make checks payable to “Simsbury Public Library”.
