The Simsbury Public Library does not have staff to perform detailed genealogical or local history research. If you are looking for detailed historical information about the Town of Simsbury, or its original settlers, our best local resources are the Simsbury Historical Society and the Simsbury Free Library. You may access genealogical information from Ancestry.com for in-depth genealogy or the casual family history.
